Gorgeous 1970's maxi dress in a vibrant orange.
Outer material is a textured, psychedelic patterned lace with an orange full length lining underneath. Other features are the high neckline and collar, empire line orange velvet belt and, of course, those amazing elbow to cuff bell sleeves.
